Worked so well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is amazing and it's not as glossy as I would have thought. Dries quickly, application was easy and has put a stop to the red brick dust that used to be all over everything in my basement

Expensive but worth every dime! Amazing!

Amazing product! I applied it to an exterior brick wall that was really weathered from exposure to wind and salt air, I live on the water. This filled in the holes and hairline cracks and made it feel and look beautiful again. I applied with a brush, 2 coats at 2 hours apart. It is time consuming but so worth it. I have used other products in the past, not on this wall, like Thomason's water seal. There is NO COMPARISON. DRYLOK is hands down THE BEST! Expensive but worth every dime.

So far so good

Living in rainy Puget Sound means a lot of water in the winter and spring. Unfortunately this year we really took on some water outside due to the volume of rain. While I have put in a rain garden, drywell, etc., it just couldn't control the water. We ended up with superficial cracks in the foundation, cracks in the driveway, effervescence in some areas, and the patio had a ton of cracks. I have sealed the patio every year but needed something that was actually going to penetrate and seal the concrete and give me some hydrostatic pressure relief. After days of research I came upon the Drylok Floor & Wall. I have used Drylok before in a basement so knew was a good product. I started it today and have applied 2 coats in one area and 1 coat on the other area of the patio. So far I see a few pinholes still on the second coat but the small cracks have disappeared. We'll see tomorrow how well it did but so far impressed. Directions say to apply a 3rd coat if pinholes are present, but they are minimal and I will be following up with a tinted epoxy seal, which should provide the hard waterproof coat I desire. So far very impressed. Product is thick like glue but spreads easily. I used a brush to apply. If larger cracks, I would highly recommend sealing them prior to applying the Drylok.
