Ahhhh...

I purchased this for my upcoming flight to Paris based on reviews I'd read. Out of the box I thought it seemed a little too squishy, i.e., not firm enough. I have a TempurPedic pillow and I wanted it to be like that. But once I put this around my neck and felt the soft cradle of comfort, I was thrilled. I haven't gotten on a plane yet but I sleep with it every night! I love it.

smaller than I thought it would be, very soft which makes it comfortable but hard for me to use where I need relief because of the size. Does not come over shoulders as pictured.
