Helping Me With Golfer's Elbow
Amazingly, this actually works. I have golfer's elbow. As such, I have to sleep on the unaffected side only. This support allows me to sleep on the affected side as well now. I feel as though the condition is improving little by little. Their are no instructions; so, when you put it on, make sure that the rigid plastic strip is places over the inner (bicep) side of your arm. This is what will prevent you from bending the arm while you sleep. I don't un-Velcro it to remove it. Once I got it fixed securely on my arm, I left it fastened

Got this brace for lingering ulnar nerve compression. It's not uncomfortable to sleep in, and my arm feels better upon waking up. It's hard to adjust initially, so I slip it on and off now without undoing the Velcro. My only complaint is that I wish this came in smaller sizes. It can be made to fit my petite arm, but it's a little bulky when wrapped so much.
