Instructions to Wear: With rigid side up, slip SmartGlove PM on your arm with thumb through side opening. Your palm rests on a bead-filled pad, and your fingertips should remain inside the SmartGlove PM as much as possible. Pull hook and loop strap - avoid pulling too tightly. Easy Care: Secure hook and loop strap. Machine wash cold. Air dry.

I was not able to sleep through the night without getting up and shaking my arm and hand because the numbness and tingling was so bad UNTIL i received the IMAK smart glove PM!! I really wasn't sure if it would help when I ordered it but I was so glad I did. Now I can sleep all night without any numbness or tingling in my hand and it almost feels normal when I wake up! This is a great product and does what it says. I would (and have already) recommended this to everyone I know!

Best night splint on the market
As a physical therapist, I have recommended this splint to pnts for years. They are big, compared to a typical night splint, but so much more comfortable. My wife started having carpal tunnel symptoms, so I found the best price at walmart. It arrived in 2-3 days. It says one size fits all, but I can't see it fitting comfortably on anything but a womens hand. I could barely squeeze my hand into the glove. In the past, the glove had velcro that wrapped around to allow for fitting of anyones hand.
