I have dealt with candida overgrowth my whole life. I am just turning 60! Started taking more supplements to help fight it, about a year ago, along with changing my diet. No dairy, gluten, starch (potato or corn products) sugar or caffeine 😶. This supplement, includes everything I was taking, but put conveniently into 2 capsules instead of multiple other bottles. This has saved me money, time and space! Since this has been a life long issue, I still have to read labels carefully, and be aware of hidden triggers especially when eating out, but this has been a huge help and I am so grateful.
