This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including fading, pilling, or loss of loft), damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations, nor issues arising from washing or drying not in accordance with care instructions, or stains, discoloration, or odors caused by spills or exposure to chemicals.
