LOOKS FAB, but have to replace HAND HELD PART

This faucet has lasted for years EXCEPT for the ONLY part you put your hand the most. The ONLY part of this faucet NOT made of solid stainless steel. Seriously??? It's plated plastic. It did take 8 years to poke through to the plastic but still, for the price I should have never seen the white bubbling plastic!! Besides that it is a fantastic product and the matching pot filler is a 5-star product.
