Daily Stretch

The stretching done on this dvd is more of a gental yoga type, and uses some yoga poses. I like it ok, it's not too hard, only 20 minutes, but not what I was expecting. I was looking for a dvd with more standard regular body and muscle stretches like an instructor would have you do after an aerobics class. (like it shows her doing on the dvd cover). I thought with the name 'daily stretch' it would be like that, but it's not, and she doesn't even do that stretch as shown on the cover. I will use it, but it should have explained more on the description that it's more yoga-like. If that's what you're looking for, it's great for the Walmart price.
