I love this workout!

I love this workout! I get a spiritual feeling while working out which is awesome and have a lot less back pain when done regularly (I was in an accident and have permanant low back damage)! Con: She messes up and says the wrong side of the body a couple times throughout the workout so, you have to pay attention to the side of body you are doing.
