I took a risk not familiar with this brand wanting a Bluetooth (or WiFi) thermal printer I could print labels from for online sales, eg, Mercari, Poshmark, eBay. As well as print return shipping labels for online retailers, eg, Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc. Many of the Bluetooth )or WiFi) thermal wireless printers were >$500 new which was way more than I wanted to spend for a side business. I know Wal-Mart stands behind their products including their 3rd party online sellers so I gave it a try. It works absolutely flawless. The app is very basic but is simple to install and learn. It's easy to use and compatible with any pre-paid shipping I have need to print from a variety of vendors. They print flawless and quickly. By far the best value if you need something for a side business but don't want to be tied to a Desktop.
