Not as Described - One Pair Only

If you look at the product title (40-Pair) and the dimensions (a box), you might expect this to be a great clearance deal of 40 pairs for $1 (plus $6 shipping, and $6 makes sense for a box, nothing less), but what you get in the mail is ONE pack of 2 warmers. Misleading. I'm trying to get a refund to buy an actual box of warmers. They might refund my $1, but will they refund the shipping? Unlikely, but I'm trying. I hope they at least fix the product dimensions and the 40-pair claim.
