Excellent Quilting Skill-Building Course!

I'm new at sewing and quilting and Harriet Hargrave's series of QUILTER'S ACADEMY books are excellent how-to and reference books to add to your home library - ones you will refer to again and again. Vol 1 starts at the beginning - the tools you will need, how to select fabric, how to press/fold/cut to size, how to get accurate blocks and points. There are several lessons within each book, each one building upon the previous lesson - by the end of the book you will have completed several projects and you are equipped to take the final exam!
