Just inflate with Helium or Air to decorate your party.

Inflate Latex balloons same day of event unless you properly add the correct amount of Hi-Float Treatment to the Latex balloons before filling with helium.
When Hi-Float is added, balloons can be filled with helium the afternoon before. Keep indoors overnight.
Do not inflate balloon beyond it designated size.
For example, an 11" size Latex balloons has an average indoor float time of 12-18 hours without Hi-Float Treatment and 3-5 days with Hi-Float.
Balloons used outdoors will have a much less float time due to the elements

Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
