Precautions:
1. The weld seam and wire surface must be cleaned carefully before welding.
2. Preheat before welding to 400~500 degrees after welding. Use copper gas welding during welding.
3. The welding flame should be a neutral flame or a slight oxidizing flame. When appropriate, reduce the welding temperature and increase the welding speed to minimize the residence time of the molten pool at high temperatures to reduce the evaporation and oxidation of zinc.
