Worth it. Transformative rug.
I love this rug. It is scratchy and a tiny bit sheddy, like other reviews say. It's so gorgeous I decided to risk it despite that, and got it for my four year old's room. We sit on it and play every night. The level of impact this rug has on the feeling of the space waaaaay outweighs the texture issue. When we want something softer, we put down a playmat. I have no regrets. His room looks fantastic and he loves it now. Totally transformed the space.
