Color cartridge reads empty after a few days

After printing a few black-and-white pages, the color ink cartridge failed, displaying as empty, which prevented my printer from printing at all. Needed to buy a new genuine color cartridge from HP. I'm hoping the black cartridge won't fail and need to be replaced as well.

cartridges work the 1st time installing but nothing but trouble thereafter . I want my money back for this faulty product. claims its compatible with hp products but buyer beware it is not.. walmart where are you with the products you are offering ?

Unsatisfied with knockoff printer cartridges

We ordered an original HP60 tri color printer cartridge and when it arrived it was not in the box that we ordered it had a sticker over the HP label on both sides, I opened it and inserted it in the printer. It indicated that it was refilled cartridges. After printed the alignment page. I tried to print with it and it indicated that there was "printer cartridge error". I looked at the pamphlet that came in the package and made several attempts to correct the problem. each time it came back with the some message. I made several call to the %23 listed and all I got was a busy signal. I then sent an email to the shipper and never received a message back. I then called the WalMart 800%23 and spoke to Lolida who talked me through the return process and am in the process of returning the product to you. I then went to the Walmart in Atlantic Iowa and purchased the item from the store. We have ordered thing online from you before and never had a problem, This wa a real dissappointment,
