Awesome shoe really bad shipping

The shoe is great. I was "The Bear" for many years and this was a nice addition to my collection. Unfortunately the shipping was not good. No inner packaging to protect contents of outer shipping box. Shipping box crushed and so to was the Shoe box inside. The shoe box was also part of the allure of these shoes. Contacted customer support but my only option was to return the shoes. Thus a star ding

Not as good as original

Very tight across arch. Need longer laces to be able to open up more. Need a shoehorn to get on. Nice once in shoe.
