the metal pins are not staying down that connect the base together. we just installed it around the umbrella. the weights fit around the umbrella stand but I'm not sure that it will stay securely since the pins won't stay down. highly likely to return unless I can get more secure pins. disappointed for the price and concerned for my $200 umbrella
