Outstanding customer service

The cabinet came with two dented side panels. I contacted the seller and they sent two replacement panels and offered a small credit to make up for the inconvenience. When we received the second set of panels, one panel was perfect but the other had a significant dent. I contacted customer service again and they suggested I try to repair the dent before going further. I am sure the panels were damaged in transit as they are on the lightweight side. We were able to repair the dent and assemble the cabinet. Assembly was straightforward and the directions were clear. The cabinet itself is a good quality for the price point. It is not too heavy and has wheels so it is easy to move around. I was quite impressed with the Customer Service department. Nancy, the Customer Service rep, responded to each of my emails promptly and worked to resolve the issue quickly. I haven't run across many companies who provide this level of customer service. I would definitely order from them again.
