This cutting board is the one I use every day....for everything! One side has small spikes to hold meat in place while cutting and the raised edge collects all the juices. The other side has no spikes so I use it for cutting, chopping, etc. Fine in the dishwasher too. I really cannot imagine preparing meals without it. Bought one for each of my daughters and they love it too!

The chopping board I've been looking for for years! Slanted: liquid runoff collects on one side. Rimmed: liquids do not spill off the board. On the opposite side even a group of spikes to hold the piece steady while you work on it: very useful and practical!
