Like the proportion of EPA to DHA
I use it in order to help with my mental health. Recommended doses for depression range from less than 1 g/day to 10 g/day, but most studies use doses between 1 and 2 g/day. It is recommended 1 to 2 g/day of an EPA+DHA combination, with at least 60% EPA, for major depression.

I have been using these omega 3's for along time. The quality is very good. The ingredients that they use is great to. I like that I can chew them I don't like swallowing them and they make that easy because what they use to make them. The product is reasonably priced.
