The ombré effect between the pink and the purple is more subtle than what it looks like in the picture. The Sherpa lining is very soft. I like that the hat is lined but the arms are not. Overall, this is a wonderful jacket.

The hood easily fits up over my daughters head, but it does not have a drawstring to hold it tight. The coat is true to size. My 7 year old daughter wears a size 8 and this size 8 coat fits very well. My daughter did notice the furry inside has a slight smell to it. I really love how the pink and purple fade Into each other, it gives the coat a very stylish look.
