Chevy Suburban Rear Shocks

I spent a bunch of time trying to figure out which shock to purchase since I have the towing package. The shocks were fairly easy to install and the vehicle sits at the same exact height and rides the same if not nicer then the factory shocks. I did not have the electronic ride adjustment feature in my truck.

Perfect replacement shock for GM Autoride delete...

I have a 2002 Escalade that had a defective and expensive to replace Autoride suspension system. This shock turned out to be outstanding choice for converting my truck to standard shocks. Besides this shock choice in the rear I also replaced my coil springs with Moog 8171 and my truck's rear suspension ride height stayed exactly the same as before. The combo of this shock and the Moog 8171 has resulted in a smooth yet responsive ride. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS and low cost of converting GM's Autoride to a standard suspension.
