I won't be ordering anything from this site again.. disappoi

I was greatly disappointed with my order. I was lead to believe that I was ordering a nice dressy top hat of good quality. And I ended up with a cheesy costume piece. to top it all off the size specifications were all wrong; the hat was about 3 inches shorter than I was told it would be and they crammed it in such a tiny box for shipping that by the time it came in the brim was all out of shape. -----I will not be ordering anything from this site again! -----
