Missing parts.
The worst issue is the missing parts and the inability to get resolution from support. It took a month to get the product, instructions are a bit lacking, I was missing parts, contacted support and they shipped some of the missing parts, I am still missing a light which has caused the jeep to be down now for two weeks. Today, I got an email asking for a picture of the parts that were sent. Really?!
