The full coverage feels and fits great and secure. The little bit of a higher rise helps them feel like they are going to stay on. The back panels' fabric is super stretchy. The large fit true to size. They fit smoothly against your skin. The underwear seam, at the middle-back, does not lay completely smooth, when I am wearing them, but perhaps that's because I just don't fill them out.
