Wrong Size, Fix Your Web Site

I went to this page (https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/assembly/JVM6175SK6SS?ModelType=ModelType) to see what charcoal filter is needed for a JVM6175SK6SS. This page says replacement parts for JVM6175SK6SS so I poke on the charcoal filter shown on this page which takes me to (https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB02X11124). This is not the right sized charcoal filter for JVM6175SK6SS. It is silly that I have to use Google to find the right filter because GE's own page is wrong.

However, part WB02X11124 is listed under the 'Popular Accessories' section. If you refer to the 'Replacement Part' section, (underneath 'Popular Accessories') where it shows a breakdown of the unit, you will find the proper charcoal filter listed, which is part WB02X35687. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and we hope this helps.

Does not fit

The filter I ordered did not fit even though it was the recommend filter for my microwave! Trust the reviews on this one. Terrible. You think they'd care for their customers and change their website instead of us having to blow our money on such a waste of time.

Terrible feature

The red reset filter light won't go away. I've turned off the power for several minutes, pulled out the unused filter and put it back in again (my microwave vents to the outside so doesn't need this filter), held down the Reset Filter light for 30 seconds, and the red light is still on. So I covered the light with a small piece of light-blocking cardboard and a piece of white duct tape. There is NO WAY I'm going to pay for a service call to fix this. When I receive Consumer Reports annual product review questionnaire, I will give this GE microwave a terrible review.
