Easy post school snack for the kids

These have become one of my favorite freezer snacks to keep around for the kids. They're perfect for that after-school window when everyone is suddenly starving and I need something quick that feels more filling than crackers or snack bars. The beef and bean filling is mild and kid-friendly. I usually cut them into smaller pieces so they're easier to grab and dip, and they disappear every time!

The Best Quick Meal for Busy Days

These bean and beef chimichangas by El Monterey are delicious! The tortilla gets so crispy and the filling is warm and rich. They are super easy to throw in the microwave or air fryer when you need a fast meal but still want something yummy. They don't sit heavy in your stomach, which is perfect for busy, on-the-go days or even just late night snacks! These have become a freezer staple in my house.

Simple dinner idea

I love that this product is available in almost every store and that they are so simple to make. You're literally just heating them up in the air fryer and it's very quick so on busy days or hot days when you don't want to turn on the oven or stove these are a great choice. And the family pack had enough chimichangas to feed my entire family of five. They're really full of protein and we sprinkled a little cheese and dollop of sour cream on top and it made them perfect.
