Do not use this product with a razor.Follow directions carefully. This product may cause skin irritation. If skin is inflamed or has skin abrasions, facial sores or pustules, consult a dermatologist before using this product.Wait 36 hours after using a razor, shaving product or device.Do not use after perspiring heavily. Do not wash face before use.Do not use after prolonged sun exposure.Do not use with any after-shave product containing alcohol.Timing is critical to avoid excessive irritation. For external use only. If powder or the mixture gets into eyes, rinse repeatedly with water. Magic® shaving powder is used only to remove facial hair.If you have never used red Magic® shaving powder or used any depilatory within the last twelve months, we suggest you use Magic® platinum skin conditioning shaving powder. Before using red Magic® shaving powder for the first time, a skin patch test must be performed. Wait at least 36 hours after using a razor or depilatory product before doing this test. Mix a half teaspoon of red Magic® with equal amount of cool water. Apply to one inch section of beard area. Leave on for no longer than five to seven minutes. Moisten if necessary. Rinse away thoroughly. Wait 24 hours. If there are no signs of irritation or redness, follow directions below.Keep away from children.

Keep tightly capped.Mix 2 heaping teaspoons of shaving powder with an equal amount of cool water.Apply the creamy mixture to beard. Leave on for 5-7 minutes. Remoisten if the mixture dries.Remove with spatula. Rinse shaving area thoroughly. Do not wash off with soap.If any beard remains, wait 36 hours before next Magic shaving powder application.

Who dropped the ball? Fire who made this decision.
I've been loyal to this red can for over 30 plus years. My dad used it for years, I used it for years. The magic shave red can powder was my go-to in my arsenal of grooming products. It's very disappointing to know that someone in your company made a very unprofitable decision to scrap a working product that's been giving your company steady profits for years and replace it with pre-mixed in a tube that doesn't work effectively at all. I get it CEO profit over people. But just remember ...you cant profit if there's no people. Your company should take a lesson from that Twinkie situation as well. The public wanted it back and once it did come out, the ingredient makeup oh the product was different and loyal customers knew it right away. So I said I like to say.... That red can in a tube is your Twinkie.

Still Happy but becoming disappointed!
I've been using this product since i was 21.. I'm 44 now and absolutely NOTHING works better than this ! My issue is the availability and the ever increasing almost insane prices. Recently, this product seems to be always out of stock whilst the others are in abundance and when in stock, the prices advertised are just insane. Perhaps we may need to go back to machine us or caveman style. . I can think of two reasons for this; 1.Supply does not meet the demand. 2.An agenda is being pushed to force the use and sale of the other products which DOES NOT work for us black men with coarse beards/hairs! Please fix this !

There goes the saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it. I have been using this red magic shave since 1977 and it's been a life saver. Irrespective of the odors, nothing comes close to my ever-present ingrown hairs with any type of razor. Please keep it's quantity and quality the way it is. And oh, keep the reasonable costs, reasonable. You heard.
