Halicarnassian Studies is a series concerned with all aspects of the ancient city of Halikarnassos and the region of Karia, including art, archaeology, philology, epigraphy, and history. The purpose of the series is to publish results of recent investigations and field work, as well as studies of a more theoretical nature. Halicarnassian Studies - Vol. V consists of five articles on very different aspects of ancient Halikarnassos and the Halikarnassos peninsula.
