Great product

Great product free shipping I tried to order other items but shipping was high so I did not order them what makes things great is that fact that shipping is free or is at a very low cost I tried to order a item off this site at a 5.99 price and shipping was going to be over 10$ that is insane and very unreasonable I tried to call in and customer rep was no help only stated that the item I was trying to order had a ship cost attached to it that done did and some did not.
