Sorel Cheyanne Lace Full Grain Sage / Sanguine NM1704-365 Men's Size 8

I first bought the caribou boot but found them to bulky so I then ordered the chayanne boot which I found to be more comfortable and very warm , not really had the wet weather yet but I'm sure they will be great this winter.

Alright, so a year ago I bought the Sorel Chayenne boots, thinking they would be something different from the well-known Timberlands, but just as fashionable. I ordered them via a Sorel retailer. When I had them I found them to be quite large. I usually wear Nike size EU46. I decided to buy the Chayenne's in a size EU46 aswell. To this day I regret I haven't returned the pair to receive a pair that would've been half a size smaller. Then they would've been perfect. The quality of the shoe is outstanding although I have one minor issue with the shoe. It might be because I have quite the wiggle room because the shoe is too big but there's slight discomfort at the heel, where the seam from the rubber and leather is. In the beginning, it was really painful, I even had blisters.Right now they're quite comfortable, but when I walk up a hill, there's slight discomfort at the heel . This might be just the design of the shoe, the way my foot's shaped or the fact that I have ordered them half a size too big, so don't take this negatively because this might be different for every individual. I'd say; if you're interested in the shoe, purchase them true to size(like I did) but when they already seem to be too big when fitting them, don't hesitate to exchange them for a smaller pair and you'll have some enjoyable boots for the next couple of years. I'm a 1.95 cm tall male and I weigh in at about 96 kg. My feet are big,flat and slender. Although I intended to use these on a daily basis during colder/wetter days, due to the discomfort I have while wearing these I only wear them during outdoor activities.
