Our kitchen remodel included an induction cook top (gas service unavailable). We needed to augment our enameled cast iron pans and decided to try Analon. Our trial pan was Analon's 8 inch non stick Nouvelle Copper fry pan. It performed excellently and we purchase the 12 inch stainless steel Nouvelle Copped fry pan and 3 1/2 quart sauce pan. I recommend this brand with confidence.

THEY MADE IT WELL
First of all it's heavy, so get a good grip on it before trying to left. It's beautiful to me. I like the sound of the metal if that makes sense. I have not cooked with it yet, but love looking at it.

Great pan
This is my first stainless steel pan. I'm switching over from coated nonstick and after getting the hang of the heat up process, I'm now really loving the pan. I even taught my husband how to use it and we make eggs on it just about everyday. It looks like it will be a very durable pan, heavy too.
