GREAT flavor
I dont care for meatloaf and I bought this for my husband and he didnt eat it so after a couple months, I ate it...so It wouldn't go to waste. WOW! I was so impressed with all the flavor. It was so good! I will definitely be buying this again but this time, its for me! Lol. It is quite a small serving so I added a piece of toast. I also added butter and elote seasoning to the corn. The serving size is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Meat Loaf & Gravy with a Thickener (?Mashpotatoes
What has gone wrong!? This meal requires lots of hot sauce and a prayer. First, the portions seem to continue to get smaller, second, what is going on with those "mashed potatoes" - the potatoes are like the remanence of the roux used to thicken the gravy. It does not work. The gravy is still watery, third, what is up with the mystery meat - it is gray, pinkish and never looks fully cooked, fourth, work on adding more flavor. This gets 2 stars because of the corn. DO BETTER!

Expected much better from the Marie Callender brand. The mashed potatoes were super runny plus in same partition as meat, so meat sauce was mixed into the potatoes. Yuk. I could barely scoop up the potatoes with a fork as they ran thru the tines. The corn was okay but slightly tough. I will not buy this again and will toss the one left in freezer.
