1 disc, slice on one side, flip it over grate. 1 double bladed, very sharp chopping blade. 1 dough blade I made some lemon bars, recipe called for 8 eggs 1 cup lemon juice, 2 cups sugar That fit in the bowl and mixed, and mixed until I was sure the sugar had dissolved. It handled that long run time, didn't overheat. The dough blade beat the butter, flour, powdered sugar for the shortbread base, no problem. I grated a. couple potatoes, and a yellow onion for hash browns. Piece of cake, though they were potatoes. The motor sounds like it has enough power to deal with some serious food fixing. I was pleasantly surprised by the heft, ability to power thru the things I would use a food processor for. It processed he foods I put in it without a hitch.
