Bran flavorful fiber helps gut move food.

All Bran was a favorite for my Grandmo ther to give. Lots of other cereals as well. This one in particular moves with fiber contents of gut along fairly well. Breakfast cereal with garden picked grown strawberries for kids is fun. My kiefer banana with dark chocolate chips nuts plus blueberries gets Allbran in a lunch shake.

These actually look like something you'd feet a pet rabbit or maybe clean up after a pet rabbit BUT you can not eat them for upping the fiber in your diet. I can't recommend eating them for breakfast (or ever) as a plain old bowl of cereal. However, I absolutely recommend adding a scoop to your yogurt, sprinkle some on a bowl of fruit with a little honey or even sprinkle some on ice cream for some healthy crunch. Most people don't get nearly enough fiber in their diet and I find this a much better alternative than any of the fiber supplements on the market.

I bought this for a recipe I was making. Bran muffins, where you add many other ingredients. I was worried that it would be too crunchy but it softened up with all the other stuff including shredded carrots. Very healthy for you, I recommend this for cooking.
