Wrong Size Received And Unable To Return Them

I ordered 195/55r15 85v tires and was sent r16 tires. Walmart returns won't allow me to return them via FedEx, they want me to drive an hour and a half away to return them to a Walmart Auto Center. I am very disappointed. The tires I received look great, especially for the price, but are useless because they are the wrong size and not what I ordered.
