This is the absolutely best sugar free jam that I have ever tasted it taste like fresh peaches from the tree. I bought 8 eight jars of this flavor, and the person that packed my shipment should be promoted to instructor position. These were packed with so much care, lids taped shut, then each one was sealed in a baggie, individually wrapped in packing material. All eight arrived undamaged. The previous shipment of two jars of apricot preserves were in large box, no protection, they slammed around in box and were broken and box was full of broken glass and preserves. What is wrong with your shippers? These are glass jars, I would think you would provide instructions on how to pack and ship these items.
