Nice cover, but the company shipped the wrong size

I ordered the rectangular shaped pillow and a square pillow was shipped instead. I reached out to the supplier and even though they were really good at responding, the issue was not resolved and they did not ship a new correct pillow cover out so now I am stuck with another square pillow. The pillow cover itself is nice, but I specifically ordered the rectangular shape, not the square that was shipped
