1. How to use it?
Please Neck Pain Terminator under your neck close to the shoulders, lie down on it. Hanging your head down above bed half inch. Bent your knees and lift arms halfway over the head, relax and enjoy the neck stretching. It is possible you feel uncomfortable at the beginning because your neck needs time to get used to this neck traction. It might be uncomfortable to move your spine into correct position. 1-3 days later, you will notice the difference of neck pain relief
2. How often and how long should I use it?
10 minutes before sleep or anytime need to stretch neck and shoulder tension. Use Neck Pain Terminator in bed, on a yoga mattress, or on the floor. Use 10-20 minutes up to 2 times daily.
3. Can I sleep on it all night long?
Do not use it as an ordinary pillow, do not use it more than 20 minutes or all night.
4. Why it is so hard?
