GREAT value and good, mild to moderate workout.

I have back problems so this was the PERFECT workout for me. I also appreciate how there is an associate in the back who shows "moderated" moves that helps you if you're new to exercising or still getting the hang of the "moves" OR if you are like me and aren't able to accomplish all of the suggested exercises. I have been very pleased with the results--toned muscles and more stamina. Not for someone who is looking for a high impact, immediate-results type program, but that's not what I was looking for. Also great because of the time--everyone can work in a 10-minute workout. It's great! I highly recommend it!

LOVE Quick Fix Cardio Kickboxing!

I had my doubts about this video, but I LOVE it!! I look forward to the days that I do this video (usually every other day)! I rotate this with Weight Loss Total Cardio Kick. The girls in the background are always smiling, which got annoying. I definitely get a good calorie burn in 30-40 minutes (I average 48 calories per 10 minute workout).
