Great Workout

Love Kelsie and the Firm videos. Fun, not too dancy, good kickboxing part in it and burned just about 500 calories too the first time. Expect that with practice, being able to keep up with moves I will burn more. I have a lot of DVD's that i use to exercise to keep things fresh and this will be in permanent rotation.

KICKED MY BUTT

GREAT WORKOUT!! IT TOOK ME A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET ALL THE MOVES BUT ONCE YOU DO THIS WILL SLIM YOU DOWN ALL BY ITSELF. KELSIE IS AWESOME I REALLY LOVE ALL OF THE FIRM WORKOUTS . THEY REALLY DO WORK I HAVE LOST OVER 42 LBS SO FAR. AND HAVE 15-20 TO GO BUT WITH THIS WORK OUT I WILL GET THERE EARLIER THAN I EXPECTED. I AM 47 YEAR OLD WOMAN...IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN

Challenging. A great workout!

I can honestly say that I love The Firm! I have the Wave by the Firm and a few other videos from them. I love them because I have two small children and I can't just leave the house to go to the gym. They are a great alternative!! I bought this to change it up, and challenge myself even more. All I can say is, WOW! It can be a little tricky in the beginning, but after the 3rd time...I got the moves. Try it, it's hard...but you WILL see results!
