Great buy

This dvd is great! I didn't know what to choose from all the workout videos out there. Heard The Firm was good and picked this one. I'm pretty active, but jogging alone just wasn't getting it done. This combines cardio and weights to really provide a great workout. It's a great start for beginners (with modifications) but still left me sweating and challenged with the more advanced moves. The extra 15 min workout is great for the days you don't have time, or just aren't in the mood for a heavy workout. I love that the instructor (who is not annoying) switches moves so often. I never get bored doing the same thing over and over. I highly recommend this product.

I love this workout video! It is great for strenght training! The 15 min bonus workout is great perfect for burning off those extra calories you knew you should not have ate.
