The Timex Ladies 1440 Sport is a digital watch for women in blue and white. This digital quartz watch has a polyurethane band, while the dial is made from stainless steel and molded resin. It has Indiglo feature, dual time zone, chronograph, alarm, countdown timer, and water resistance. This blue ladies sports watch has the Indiglo nightlight button in a convenient location, and this mode uses up less battery power. The mineral crystal lens is not scratched easily and is water-resistant to 165 feet. It has dual time zones with 24-hour chronograph. The stopwatch and countdown timer in this ladies Timex Indiglo watch are other useful features. This Timex water-resistant watch will fit any wrist well with its buckle closure and won�t slide up or down on the wrist. The quick-dry band material ensures that even if the watch gets wet, it dries in an hour.

This TIMEX Watch (but not any battery, crystal,band, or strap) is warranted to the owner for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture by Timex Corporation - not by the dealer from whom the watch was purchased. If this watch develops such a defect within the one year period, it will be repaired (i.e. a new or thoroughly reconditioned and inspected module will be installed or replaced and a watch of equal value and similar appearance will be supplied) at our option, provided it is returned with a $7.00 check or money order to cover costs of postage, handling, and service, and you provide proof of purchase and date of purchase. Timex will not repair defects relating to servicing not performed by TimexCorporation. Timex will not provide any warranty service if your watch shows evidence that it has been tampered with, misused, abused, or altered; for example: moisture damage sufficient to affect the proper function of the watch;damage to the case; or visible cracking of the crystal. Timex reserves the right to charge you for a replacement battery, if the battery in your watch is depleted. No additional charge will be made unless the one year warranty has expired or servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control, in which case a moderate charge will be made. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested.

I have owned this watch for over a year, and am very pleased with it. Even though the way the buttons are set up takes some getting used to, I have not had any major problems with learning how to set the time and use the various features. I really appreciate the fact that the watch has not only a stopwatch option, but also a timer (going from desired time to zero). The indiglo button is in a very convenient location, and it's nice to see the day of the month right on the main display. Finally, I think that both the strap and the set up of the dispaly (including the little running people) are quite cute.

Awesome watch
Upon opening the box, there is a crack across the face of the watch. I can exchange this but other than that, the watch is easy to set, use and wear. For the most part, it stays where you put it on your wrist -- doesn't slide up and down my wrist with every step I take. I work in the nursing field, so I have to have something that can count seconds. I get it wet sometimes and the band dries within an hour or so. All of the info in the manufacture's desp. is correct.
