Great Results

I bought this dvd 2 weeks ago, have done the exercises daily & see GREAT results! I look and feel better already. The resistance band that is included really makes a huge difference! I would reccomend this to anyone who needs overall toning, however, it does not include any cardio workouts.

Great Pilates Workout

This is a great DVD for anyone who wants to shape up. Do-able for beginners and you will see results within a week, with every other day workout. Walmart also carries the Mari Windsor 10 minute Pick Your Spot Pilates and that is also a great at home Pilates workout. I've toned up, lost one size and 10 lbs. in 2 weeks with these videos and being more careful with what I eat.

Not worth the money

I was extremely dissappointed in the product. Its not worth the money. The only good thing about this was the resistance band.
