I was looking for a pair of these scissors for my fussy cutting. What a bargain! I'm so glad I went to Amazon and Walmart to read the reviews. There, people post what they like AND tell you the names of competitors brands. That's how I found these. I'll also be using a pair in the garden this summer since I have four. The biggest selling point for me though was the persons who had arthritis. I have carpal tunnel and arthritis. So far, it hasn't agrivated either. But I do pace myself. Best of luck with your decision. Glad I chose these.
