I really enjoyed learning how non verbal communication can help me know what people are actually thinking and feeling, not just what they are saying. Mr Navarro went into detail about what to watch for and what it might mean. He also made it clear that the same actions don't always have the same meaning with different people or circumstances. I think that what I've learned from this book will help me better understand people in my everyday life.
