breathe and relax

three different workouts for specific times, although you could do them at any time. Instructions are very clearly given, so there is no need to stop a pose and look at the tv. It is well put together, and the instructor speaks clearly, no mumbling. I enjoyed the workouts. It was a great addition to my collection. I will be looking at more from Yoga Journal.

Nice pace and arrangement of postures

I've been doing yoga for years but at 74 can't keep up with the pace of most anymore. This is a nice paced routine. I can't "jump" my feet to the front of my mat anymore, but this is slow enough for me to walk my way through. Just a nice comfortable routine. I do the Morning practice regularly and feel good afterward.
