Disappointed......

I have ordered and received other rugs and they came perfectly. However, this carpet was not rolled up when shipped and when I opened it and laid it out I have MANY wrinkles and it does not look nice. I am also an elderly woman and need to be careful when I walk and I can easily trip on this rug.
