As A Cold Pack Only- Place Over Eyes For Tired and Puffy Eyes. As A Hot Pack: Place On Forehead For Tension Migraine, Fever, Or Sinus Headaches. Cold Pack: Place In Plastic Bag and Place In Freezer. Hot Pack: Microwave For 45 Seconds. If Additional Warmth Is Desired, Continue Microwaving In 20 Second Intervals - Not to Exceed 1 1/2 Minutes Total Time Per Use. Microwave Heating Times Vary. Always Test For Hot Spots and Overall Temperature Before Using. Consult Your Physician Before Use If Any Medical Conditions Exist. Do Not Use This Product On Persons With Diabetes, Circulatory Problems, Sensitive Skin, Or With Damaged Or Brown Skin Or Persons Unable to Remove This Product Such As Infants, Children, and Some Older Persons. Review Caution Label Before Use. Do Not Remove Caution Label from The Original Bed Buddy Sinus Pack.

Second Bed Buddy for Sinus Area
This is my second Bed Buddy for the sinus area. I still have the old one, but it is getting a bit threadbare. I've probably had it for 20 years or more. The new one is a bit stiff (comparing it to one that I've been using), but it works fine. This one has straps and that's a good development. I have migraine headaches (usually caused by neck problems) and sometimes sinus headaches trigger them. I usually heat the pack for a minute and 20 seconds and wrap it in a small towel if it feels too hot and unwrap it as it cools. This is such a great product I can't praise it enough.
